1. Use of the Platform

WYSE Providers offers a searchable directory of licensed functional and integrative medical providers. The Site is intended for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice.
Anyone may browse the platform to find a provider. However, individuals under the age of 18 are not encouraged to use the Site. Only licensed providers may register to claim or create a profile.

2. Account Registration and Provider Listings

Providers may register for either a free or paid account to claim, verify, or enhance their profiles. Paid tiers offer additional benefits such as premium placement and ad space. For more information about tier differences, please refer to our site. Pricing is subject to change and is not listed within these Terms.
All listings and ad placements are subject to review. WYSE Providers reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

3. Content Submission and Moderation

Providers may submit information for their public profiles. Users may also leave reviews on provider profiles. WYSE Providers does not collect personal health or medical information from users.
All submissions are moderated. Reviews or profile content that contains vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate language will be removed.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

Payments for provider listings and ad placements are handled through Stripe. Once paid, listings and placements are active for one month.
All payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds or cancellations will be issued for partial usage.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using WYSE Providers, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading listings or reviews.
• Impersonate another person or provider.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content.
• Use offensive or inappropriate language.

WYSE Providers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The WYSE Providers website, including its design, layout, graphics, and content, is jointly owned by WYSE Providers and the individual providers listed on the platform.
Use of any content—including copying or scraping provider information—for commercial or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission.
“WYSE Providers” is not currently a registered trademark but may become one in the future. All rights are reserved.

7. Third-Party Tools

We integrate third-party tools including:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Google Analytics (site traffic tracking)
• Email delivery services (to manage newsletters and communications)

No third-party content is embedded or directly interacted with through the Site.

8. Medical Disclaimer

WYSE Providers does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on this Site is for informational purposes only.
We are not responsible for actions taken by any provider listed. While we attempt to verify credentials and maintain standards, we are not liable for any outcome, including malpractice or dissatisfaction. If we become aware of any such behavior, the provider will be removed from the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

WYSE Providers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, including service interruptions, errors in listings, or provider conduct.
Use of the Site is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to Terms

WYSE Providers reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or provider at any time for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

We aim to resolve disputes internally. If you have an issue, please contact us directly. By using this Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through WYSE Providers before pursuing legal action.
